The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Capita Life & Pensions Montague House Dublin. This position will suit an individual who has a minimum of three year's experience within an agency environment and or experience of working as an in house recruitment consultant.

As a Recruiter for Capita Internal Resourcing, you will be responsible for nationwide recruitment and selection in Ireland but also provide recruitment sourcing and support for various locations in the United Kingdom. You will be required to act as a trusted advisor to the business providing professional advice, support and guidance throughout the whole recruitment process from salary benchmarking, consultancy services and advertising, through to interview and job offers. Additionally as a Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to provide hands on operational and client relationship support to both the Delivery Managers and Recruitment Business Partners.

Strong relationship building skills are essential as is the ability to work a large volume and variety of roles at different levels of seniority. Strong administration skills.

PC literate - MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. Database search & management. A Confident, assertive and fair individual with strong communication skills is desirable.

Each recruiter is accountable for a number of individual targets which currently include: revenue, client satisfaction, audit compliance and jobs management targets. This is a permanent in-house recruitment delivery position, with no cold calling or business development targets.

We are especially interested in speaking to candidates who come with experience in volume recruitment, however we are open to candidates with a temp/contractor recruitment, or permanent recruitment experience within Commercial (Marketing, HR, Sales, Operations, Customer service etc) or IT related recruitment needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients within the business and encourage inclusion in resource planning for their business.

  • Adherence to agreed recruitment delivery strategies, including vacancy management, detailed qualification of all roles, advertising, sourcing, candidate interviews, submission, offer and new starter process.

  • Work in conjunction with Recruiters and Vending Consultant to ensure fulfilment of all roles.

  • Manage a candidate care strategy during the recruitment process to include, but not be limited to frequency of contact, information provided, and consistent quality feedback.

  • Identify sources for candidate attraction such as job boards, job events, database utilisation, talent pooling, social media, headhunting and networking.

  • Manage end to end recruitment process for each individual client, providing current documentation and process.

  • Ensure all advertising complies with current legislation and is managed appropriately both internally and externally.

  • Understanding of all accountable business and develop knowledge of current clients.

  • Attendance of on-site client resource meetings.

  • Provide information and advice to the client regarding local and national market trends.

  • Attend daily, weekly and monthly 1-1's with Delivery Manager, providing KPI's and analysis against personal performance. Confirm weekly working plan with Delivery Manager.

  • Perform and meet objectives and targets.

  • Work in partnership with the Resourcing Business Partners to offer leads into current business areas and areas of non-compliance.

  • Ensure 100% compliancy with the use of PeopleFluent ATS / Database to support the recruitment process

  • Complete all regulatory documents to support the placement of a candidate in line with Capita Internal Resourcing.

  • Adherence to all processes and procedures.
    Ocassional travel to the UK maybe required
