Senior Director of Product Management!
What You Will Be Doing
•Lead a diverse team of product managers while providing mentorship and career guidance/support.
•Develop high-level requirements and use cases for new product features.
•Monitor and report the status of development projects supporting new features.
•Become an expert on other products in our marketplace.
•Be a go-to person and strategic leader within the company.
•Work with external third parties to assess opportunities for data innovation.
•Gather and analyze feedback from sales, marketing, development and the market.
What You Need for this Position
•Bachelor's degree (MBA or other advanced degree preferred).
•Experience managing a team.
•Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent software products.
•Experience with Agile development methodologies and leading a team working in an Agile/Scrum framework.
•Experience with mobile applications (web and native) is preferred but not required.
•Experience within consumer credit or identity markets, data security market, and/or affiliate markets is preferred but not required.
•Technical aptitude required, development background preferred but not required.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, at an executive audience level.
•Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
