Key responsibilities of the HR Executive/Sr. HR Executive shall include:
Implementing human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, completing personnel transactions.
Developing human resources solutions by collecting and analysing information; recommending courses of action.
Adhering to HR process and assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures.
Preparing reports and updating various trackers on timely basis.
Addressing employee grievances/ad-hoc requests.
Executing rewards & recognition programmes.
Taking care of recreational activities.
Maintaining attendance and leave records of the employees.
Maintaining and sending payroll related information to the Finance team.
Delivering soft skill training.
Administering the probationary review periods.
Providing support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures.
