Company has been experiencing tremendous growth and is seeking a highly motivated VP of Product Management responsible for the day-to-day market facing Product management functions and close collaboration with internal product owner’s teams.

Areas of responsibly and accountability 

  • Development of business plan for each proposed project with market sizing, sales projections, development costs and commercialization and go to market strategy
  • Lead the product organization composed of a product managers, and UI/UX designers
  • Conduct and integrate usability studies, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback into a consolidated viewpoint
  • Own and run product advisory group
  • Ownership of three years roadmap with competitive analysis, market trends and ROI reasoning behind every recommended roadmap item
  • Creation of features for each roadmap item in TFS
  • Staying ahead of engineering with detailed feature/UX for at least three months
  • Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior. Be the user expert and champion
  • Monitor initiatives from conception through implementation, and work closely with an engineering and product owners to scope out and prioritize features
  • Own product metrics and understand the drivers behind them and continuously improve them
  • Accountable for new product revenue, margins, metrics
  • Work closely with sales and marketing on product communication and positioning and product pitch and win/loss analysis
  • Able to lead by influence and hold functional areas accountable by data
  • Able to coach, lead and develop product managers

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business field, Masters preferred
  • 8-10 years related job experience
  • Experience in understanding metrics and data
  • Experience in managing a team of product managers
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, relationship building, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management, organization skills and written communication skills
  • Clinical, RCM or patient engagement market understanding is a big plus but at least one area required
  • Intellectually curious, self-motivated, a fast learner and a strong bias for action
  • Can and will get hands on when necessary
