Stefan Brahmer is a Partner in Sim4people ApS – a Danish startup that focuses on innovative skill development through simplified, hands-on training with a digital simulation featuring Lego® Mindstorms® robots – and nothing less than an ambition to change the way people learn how to troubleshoot in a systematic way. Over 12 years experience as a consultant and solution architect for the world’s leading problem solving methodology provider – Kepner-Tregoe – have allowed Stefan to gain first-hand experience on what is required to build a high performance support organization and uncover the barriers to success. Being a passionate expert in the field of (Major) incident- and Problem Management - Stefan is working with organizations worldwide and he is also a regular speaker at international conferences.
