Tear up your IT support SLAs

I think the ITSM “Voodoo Queen” used her power for good this year! As a result, we are all very excited to be recording FUSION 15 podcast episodes next week in her hometown, New Orleans. We have some amazing guests lined up and, as always, I am sure we will have a few surprises.

This is the one-year anniversary of our first episode, and it’s amazing how far we have we come since then. This year we are lucky to have three global leaders from the ITSM marketplace as our supporters. I am proud to say the Fusion15 event sponsors are Cherwell Software, Landesk, and The Service Desk Institute (SDI). That said, I want to send a special thank you to Jarod Greene, Stephanie Santos, Emma Spear, Tessa Troubridge, Paul Rodrigues, Ian Aitchison, Melanie Karunaratne, and of course, Matt Hooper (Follow @VigilantGuy on Twitter) for their support to help make this happen.

These companies and individuals work tirelessly to bring innovation, knowledge, and support to the industry we call ITSM. They all should be applauded, supported, and thanked for all they have done and continue to do, to help make your jobs easier.  We ask that you support their goals as businesses, as they have supported ours. Without sponsorship, we would not be able to bring you some of the leading voices from the industry, almost like you were there.

Our commitment to you is that we will always try to deliver thought-provoking conversations from the world’s leading industry events, and keep it current and relevant to the things that matter most to you as a professional.  With support from organizations like SDI, Landesk, and Cherwell, it gets a whole lot easier.
