If you are interested in this area of learning, you would do well to follow these ten twitter accounts and learn from what they have to share.
1. Xavier Amatriain
Xavier Amatriain is the co-founder/CTO of Dr. Assist, a company dedicated to Improving healthcare with AI/Machine Learning. He describes himself as a Computer Science researcher, manager, and technology geek. He is known for his work on Recommender Systems and Machine Learning. He was previously the leader of engineering at Quora, and Research/Engineering director at Netflix.
2. Hugo Larochelle
Hugo Larochelle is a Google Brain researcher, and machine learning professor at Sherbrooke University in Canada. Hugo’s work concentrates on machine learning -the development of algorithms capable of extracting concepts and abstractions from data. He is particularly interested in deep neural networks, mostly applied in the context of big data and to artificial intelligence problems such as computer vision and natural language processing.
3. Andreas Mueller
Andreas Mueller is a Machine learner, python geek and scikit-learn developer. He is the author of “Introduction to Machine Learning with Python”. Andreas is a Lecturer at the Columbia Data Science Institute.
4. Olivier Grisel
Oliver Grisel is an engineer at @Parietal_INRIA, he contributes to scikit-learn and related tools. Olivier tweets about Python, Machine Learning research in general and Deep Learning in particular.

Charles Skamser is an industry thought leader on utilizing predictive analytics throughout the entire IT lifecycle.

Peter Skomoroch is an entrepreneur and data scientist based in San Francisco. His main focus is building intelligent systems to automate manual processes and help people make better decisions. Peter specializes in solving difficult algorithmic challenges, leading cross-functional teams, and developing engaging product features powered by data and machine learning. Previously he was Principal Data Scientist at LinkedIn where he led a team focused on reputation, search and shipping data driven products.
